Through the use of Bill Huebsch's book, Dreams and Visions, this course will give a direction to developing a parish pastoral plan. It shows how to move in the direction of lifelong faith formation so that people may encounter Christ in a true spirit of conversion. Prerequisite: Seminar on Our Hearts Were Burning Within Us: A Pastoral Plan for Adult Faith Formation in the United States.

- Achieve a basic understanding of what the Church asks us to do in fostering lifelong faith formation in our parishes
- Develop a clearer understanding of conversion so that participants see what can happen for people in a “great” parish
- Examine the four dimensions of parish: word, worship, service and administration
- Learn to develop opportunities that will enable parishioners to grow in deeper communion with God and sustain the excitement of faith
- Develop the framework for a pastoral plan that will enable lifelong faith formation
- Develop the framework for a good adult formation team

- Develop the framework for a pastoral plan that will enable lifelong faith formation
- Semana 5: Forming the Team to Implement the Plan
- Formulate a list of names of those you might invite to join your Adult Faith Formation Team
